Sounded like fun so Rylee and I went to show our support and to join the par-tay!
The ribbon cutting! Check out the fun giant scissors. Those alone made it worth it to stand out in the rain and watch Kelsey fake cut the ribbon. Yeah I said fake cut. The scissors were wooden and the ribbon was just stuck together so it was totally fake! Kind of a bummer..BUT the scissors were HUGE so it was OK.
Rylee along with her cousins Brielle and Qiana enjoyed checking out the flowers that were placed inside.
