When Kenedy was a Freshman cheerleader all of the cheers were taught and perfected at cheer practice. This time around with Avynlea as a Freshman cheerleader things are done a bit differently. A google doc was sent out to all of the cheerleaders with videos of all the cheers and dances for the new cheerleaders to learn on their own. Avynlea has been hard at work learning all of the routines but the Warrior fight Dance has been rather difficult. But luckily she has her own Veteran Meridian High Cheerleader living in her home for 6 weeks and she enlisted Kenedy's help in learning her routines. Ryker was entertaining himself with something during family time one night.
Every summer Bob and Alison have Dustin and Sara's oldest girls come for a few weeks. This summer we got to have Isabelle and Audrey come and stay with us for a few days while Alison and Bob went on a little trip to the Oregon Coast.
My girls had a lot of fun with their Cousins here and played a lot and swam a lot.

On one of the days I took Rylee, Audrey and Isabelle over to Delsa's ice cream and let them each pick a yummy treat.
They also enjoyed playing on the slide that is right behind the ice cream kiosk.
While I was getting ready to take the girls to get ice cream Ryker and Avynlea were on their way out the door to go with some of their friends to the Natatorium, a pool in Boise. Ryker was in a rush heading out and was a little bit too careless and backed into a car that was parked on the street across from us. The poor kid felt terrible and I felt terrible for him. Luckily no one was hurt and I really hope and pray he learned his lesson and is a lot more cautious moving forward.
Rylee was invited to a Descendants 3 movie night at Tayci Olsen's house. Ashlee, her Mom, sent a picture of all the cute girls who had a lot of fun hanging out and watching the movie. Apparently Rylee is known among this group of friends for falling asleep during movies, she must take after me :). Rylee was able to stay awake during this one which was a win for her.
