Sweethearts and a new Young Woman

Kenedy was given a Stake calling to be on the APYW Committee member, one Priest and one Laurel from each Ward in our Stake are called to be on this committee. She has gotten to be pretty good friends with Michael Piscione who is the Priest from our Ward on this committee. One night they were chatting about the LDS Sweethearts dance that is coming up and they decided they wanted to go with each other. It is girls ask guy and Kenedy said she wanted to do it the right way and ask him in a creative way. She found an idea on Pinterest and got to work. Audrey went with her to the store to get a fish and while they were there they saw Makoy who came over to help out and hang out.

It was decided that Makoy would drive them to the Piscione's, Audrey would carry the fish, fish food and beta water cleanser and Avynlea would carry the sign. As Audrey was walking out our garage door she tripped and fell on her bum saving the fish but getting a face full of water in the process. It was really funny, the poor girl. They went over to the Piscione's but nobody was home and Kenedy had to leave to go babysitting for Mikell. After babysitting she had a bunch more people over to our house to help her out because she asked Anne to come over and help her out since Audrey couldn't and Ann was hanging out with some of their friends. Anne ended up carrying the fish and supplies with Makoy's little sister carrying the sign. No mishaps this time although Kenedy was annoyed with her guy friends who were being immature as the delivery was happening.
We found out later that Michael was really excited with the invite and he sent Kenedy a picture of himself with the sign and fish.
Not exactly sure why I took a picture of myself on Sunday other then I love my dress and thought I was having a good hair day.
Sunday was Avynlea's big day! She is leaving Primary and going into Young Women's! Avynlea was so excited and she looked so cute!
Because the Beehive class is so huge, about 26 girls, only the Presidency plus the Beehive leaders go into the Primary to get Avynlea. Because Kenedy is her sister she was allowed to go as well which was fun. At the start of the third hour they brought Avy up to the front of the Primary, gave her the Faith in God Award she earned, gave her a promotion certificate and sang her a song. They sang Jesus wants me for a sunbeam but changed sunbeam to beehive. It was so sweet and made me feel all sorts of feels. I wanted to video everything but wasn't sure that was OK and Kenedy told me not to so I discreetly took a couple of pictures.
Before Avynlea left with the Beehives the Primary asked her to recite her favorite Article of Faith, she was not prepared for that and stumbled a bit in the beginning but ended up reciting the the 4th Article of Faith really well.
She is now officially a Beehive!
During church Kenedy noticed Ryker had a couple of blackheads so after dinner she made a homemade blackhead remover. Kefford and I left to go get some of Ryker's scouting cards from Brother Miller from our old ward and also to see their new baby. I left my phone with Kenedy and told her to take pictures of the removal. She was more then willing to take a picture of herself, Ryker on the other hand was not.
