Mallory asked me if I would be able to come to Utah and help with her kids while she was visiting her sister. They needed me Friday to Monday but really only Friday and Monday since Joshua was home he would just be working those days. I could help out on Friday but I did not feel like I could miss my dance classes on Monday so I asked if that would be ok, to just come for the weekend and leave on Sunday. She said she would be able to find help for Monday but questioned the trip being worth just coming for those few days. I told her I would come earlier in the week and visit Kenedy and Emily before I got to their house to make the trip worth my time.
I left on Tuesday and I missed Rylee playing in her game against Rocky Mountain. Ashleigh managed to capture a screen grab of Rylee from a video her coaches posted before the game and sent it to me. Rylee called me after her game and told me all about it. It was a good game for her but not for the team as a whole since they lost. I was bummed to have missed the game because I love watching Rylee play.
I got to Kenedy and Tylers apartment Tuesday afternoon and then Wednesday morning I got up with Kenedy and went to school with her. It was a long day but it was fun to spend the time with her and to watch her be a teacher. I am really glad I had the opportunity to be in her classroom because she is done after this year and wants to go back to school to get a degree in school counseling.
After school on Wednesday I headed over to Emilys and stayed the night there. On Thursday I went with Emily to her classroom and spent the day there. I did not get any pictures but I was really tired from not sleeping great and I did doze off in her classroom. I didn't fall completely asleep because I could hear the kids talking about me sleeping and telling Emily I fell asleep.
After school Emily and I hung out for a bit and then I headed over to Joshuas place. Friday morning Amos rode his bike to school and then Joshua and I drove Fredrick to pre-school. Joshua went with me to show me where to pick him up after school. Once Joshua started work I took Leona to her Itty-Bitty Baseball class at the rec center. It was cute watching her play and she did a good job listening to her teachers and following instructions.
We came home and then the two of us took Wynde on a walk. Leona did a good job of showing me where the park was in their neighborhood and she had enough time to play for about 10 minutes before we had to get back to pick up Fredrick from pre-school. After lunch Joshua had a team bonding and he decorated cupcakes with his kids while zoom with his co-workers. I don't know how much bonding he got with his co-workers but he got some good bonding time with his two youngest.
The next morning I put ponytails in Leonas hair which was super cute and then I left the kids with Joshua and I headed over to Spanish Fork to go to Evie's baptism. It was good timing that I happened to be in the area and was able to go to her baptism. Bob and Alison were there and after the baptism I went over to Dustin and Saras house for a small amount of time to visit. As I was leaving the church I noticed a big spider on my car which was a little gross.

After I left Dustins I stopped at the store to get some groceries that Avynlea requested me to drop off for her at the MTC. She wanted some fresh fruit and veggies and a big bag of Dum Dums to have. I got her lots of stuff but when I went to drop it off the office for deliveries was closed. I couldn't leave any of it so I just headed back to Joshuas. The kids were having quiet time and when they came out Fredrick said that Amos put a google eye in his ear. Amos said it was an accident which was comical, Joshua was able to get it out and then he lectured both boys about not putting items in their ears.
I left Joshuas Saturday night and stayed the night with Kenedy and Ty so that I could get up early and head home for church. It was a good week visiting family but I was ready to get back home.
