For the past couple of years, I have not been happy with my weight and have been wanting to do something about it, but not knowing what to do and despite working out every day felt like I was not getting anywhere. There is someone that I follow online who Has had a lot of success with helping people lose weight and has developed an app and is a personal trainer to help those wanting to lose weight, but I did not have huge amount of weight to lose, and so it was not something that was for me. In the middle of September this person I follow posted on Instagram that he was going to help people with 5 pounds to lose up to vast amount of pounds to lose and we just needed to reach out if we wanted to do it so I messaged him to get more information and ended up Joining with the goal of losing about 15 pounds. I downloaded the app and started my fitness journey the next day and it was one of the hardest things I have ever done. I had to completely change my diet and I only ate plain chicken, vegetables, fruit, extra lean ground beef, eggs, and protein shakes, that is all. I never cheated. I stayed very strict with my diet and I stayed strict with my exercise and within about a month and a half I made it to my goal weight. I am so glad being on this side of the journey. I am really happy that I did it and that I made it and I am really proud of myself for My drive and my motivation and determination and being able to stick with this plan. It was not easy and there were times I would’ve loved to have quit, but I am so happy I stuck with it and I’m really proud of myself for what I accomplished.
