A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving

 Rylee wanted me to send her a picture of me in my blue dress from College that she wears often. These pictures of me at my roommate Melody's wedding were the only ones I could find of me in the dress. She liked the pictures and I also sent her another one of the two of us that I have always liked.

Was released from Young Women and put in Activity Days which I was really excited about because they put me in with my church bestie Erica. For our activity for the week before Thanksgiving I wanted to do a Charlie Brown Thanksgiving. We watched the Charlie Brown Thanksgiving movie and I brought the snacks which were food from the movie, pretzels, Jelly Beans, popcorn, and toast. The girls loved it and had a lot of fun. Akon of them have not seen the movie and were confused by the snack but then understood and loved it once they saw them eating the same thing in the movie. After the movie I had them all write notes to the missionaries serving from our Ward. It was a successful activity and the girls loved it.

Kefford and I left a couple day early for Thanksgiving in Utah and we drove to Logan so we could visit Ryker and Anna. We got to their house and Anna had cooked a delicious dinner for us and we played games and watched a movie and then Kefford and I went to the Hotel he got for us. The next morning Ryker and Anna met us at the hotel to have breakfast with us and then we went to some fun shops in the area. I had a lot of fun spending time with them and am so glad we did because they were doing Thanksgiving in St George with her family.

I got the house decorated for Thanksgiving and I really loved how it turned out. I wanted to take a picture so I could remember for next year how I did it.

More pictures from my College girlies, I love them and miss them so much! Its good they send pictures and I think these pictures are from their religion class they have together with Danny Ricks as their teacher.

While I was in California Jeremy told me his sourdough recipe and I wrote it down in my phone word for word because ei wasn't to start baking sourdough. He sent me  some of his sourdough starter that he had dried and by following a YouTube video I was able to get it active! I sent Jeremy a picture and told him I was going to back some bread this weekend to which he replied that he was doing the same thing! I sent him updates of my starter and my dough and then I sent him the pictures of my finished bread. I followed his instructions perfectly and it turned out so good! I had Jeremy send a picture of him with his bread and I sent the two pictures to our Lutes family group chat and said that Jeremy and I baked bread together this weekend. Although we were in different Kitchens in different states and not together I had fun knowing he was doing it at the same time that I was.

The Hope family have had a Churro Bros food truck for the past few years and they just opened a store front. Kefford and I went on openeing day so we could support our friends and get some delicious Fresh Churros and Ice Cream. I was happy to have been able to visit Lana for a little bit while we were there and so happy to eat yummy churros and ice cream.

Rylee was sitting in Avynlea's chair at her desk when it suddenly broke and she went down. I love that Avynlea got a picture and am glad that Rylee was laughing about it and not crying because she got hurt. All good here!

Happy Birthday Ryker and Avynlea

It was Ryker and my birthday the day we got back from McCall and we went to Dickies BBQ for dinner. After dinner we came home and opened presents and had cake. I don't think I have been able to celebrate my birthday with Ryker since before his mission I don't think. I could be wrong and I often am and forget a lot but I think it has been that long. Regardless I was super happy to celebrate with Ryker and was glad that Anna and Andi could be there as well. 

We got Ryker the new Nintendo Switch because Ryker left his at our house and Kefford and the girls like to play on it so Kefford thought we would just keep that one and get him the new one. He was super surprised and excited about it and he set it up that night and played with Anna and Andi and Kefford. Anna got him some new clothes and a popcorn machine which he was also excited about for. I also got Ryker a cover for his Kindle that he had been wanting.

Rylee got me the orange pumpkin coquettes that I have been wanting and was so excited to get. They are so cute and Kefford got me a third one because he said I needed to have the green one also.

Kefford go the a new phone and a new Apple Watch. I have been using Avynlea's since she left on her mission and now that sh his home she has been asking if she could have her watch back. I rely heavily on my watch for working out was not wanting to give Avynlea hers back. I was happy that Kefford got me one so I could still have my watch and Avynlea could get hers back.

I bought myself a rotating bookshelf from a Tik Tok shop that I put away until my Birthday and I was excited to build it and put it to use. I had a couple of ideas for where to put it in my house and once it was built I decided to put it in the piano room because ei had a good spot in there for it. I love it

Kefford bought me cupcakes for my Birthday which are my favorite and I made Ryker a German Chocolate cake with homemade coconut pecan frosting. I love cake :)

McCall

 Kefford and I were able to go to McCall this year for our Peterson weekend in McCall and Ryker and Anna plus Andi, Annas twin, came with us. I was bummed that Kenedy and Ty and Avynlea and Rylee were not able to come but I was so happy that Ryker and Anna could come and super happy that we could have Anna invite and have Andi come. We were not able to get our usual condos but the condo that Alison got for us was way better and one I would want to stay in a agin. It had plenty of rooms for all of us and th kitchen was so big compared to the one we have always stayed in. I loved it and would definitely be down for it again.

We took a walk into town so we could explore the shops and show Anna and Andi all that McCall has to offer. This was their first time there and they loved seeing everything and were so fun to be with.

On Saturday we went to the Ice Rink and instead of Ice Skating we did the Bumper Cars. We had fun doing those but we only had half of an hour to use them and the time went really fast. Bailey and his little girl Oakley did them with us which was fun.

On the walk back to our Condo we walked past some deer just hanging out and Ryker was able to get really close to them. I think they are so used to people that they just are not scared anymore and don't care how close we get.

Avynlea went to Pocatello and met up with Natalie and Paige which made me so happy. I sure love these girls and even though they are not as close as they once were I am so glad they still put in effort to keep in touch.

Avynlea and Paige have been friends since elementary school and when Avynlea was in the third grade she broke her arm and Paiges Dad started calling her the One-Armed Bandit. Now that she broke her shoulder she is once again the one armed bandit to him and it makes me laugh.

Dinner With Friends

 Kenedy took Edie to the Zoo an she sent me the cutest pictures of her and the two of them together. I love that Kenedy loves being a Nanny for this baby, it makes me so excited for when she has kids of her own, she will be such a fun Mom.

New month, new nails. I don't love these as much as all the others ones I have had done. The plaid is ok but it didn't come out as great as I was hoping. 

Diana is moving with her family to Washington so us Cheer Mom Besties got together for ones last dinner before she left. I printed out some pictures of the three of us and gave Amy and Diana the pictures along with a frame to put them in. I couldn't decide which picture to put in so I gave them a small handful that they could choose from. Natalie came with her Mom which was fun but I did miss having Paige and Avynela there with us. I will forever be grateful for my friendship with these ladies and how they supported me and my daughter all through High School cheer, the goods times and bad. I love them and wish we could see each other more often but life has a way of just getting in the way. It will be a lot harder with Diana in Washington but hopefully she will make some visits and we can get together.
